PhD Thesis under Joint Supervision

The basic principles and administrative procedure governing international joint thesis supervision are stated in article 42 of the UDC’s Doctoral Studies Regulations (https://www.udc.es/gl/eid/normativa/), which distinguish between three different international supervision modalities:

1. International joint supervision that results in only obtaining a degree from the UDC.
2. International joint supervision that results in only obtaining a degree from the foreign university.
3. International joint supervision that results in a dual degree.
